Falcon Tide
Lengthening of the vessel by cutting the midship section & installing a new section 7.4 m long (approx 120 tons of steel), Installation & modification of 8 nos Acid tanks. Conversion of tanks by blasting & painting. Complete blasting & Special coating of Acid tank void spaces, blasting & painting of Hull.
Steel renewals in way of Acid tank seatings & different locations of vessel, Acid pumps, diesel pumps, Stimulation water pumps installation & hook up, complete pipeline installation for stimulation system, engine room & accommodation modification/renewal of various pipelines, electrical cabling & fittings.
3 nos-976 kw Caterpillar engines & generators (3512 DITA) & Switchboard installation, & hook up complete system including cabling, piping, exhaust, controls etc.
Modification of Steering system & rudders.
Install additional higher capacity Bow thruster & hook up complete system.
Modify skeg, install Stern thruster & hook up complete system.
Installation of Dynamic Positioning system & hook up complete system including modification in the wheel house, installation of DP panels, various other control panels in different locations, laying the power & control cables as required, fitting of interfaces with propulsion, steering, thrusters etc.
Installation of alarms & instrumentation as required.
Installation of Hose reel, main deck platform, special purpose equipments.
Refurbishment of complete wheelhouse, control room & accommodation.
